Difficult Conversations is a one day workshop that explores what you can do right now, in specific behavioral terms, to develop and practice new behaviors and apply new skills.
You will explore the nature of difficult conversations, and how you can develop strategies and apply models to increase the likelihood that you will have ‘excellent’ difficult conversations when the stakes are highest.
At the center of this workshop content is the notion that you have the capacity and can develop the ability to positively influence your own behavior under stress so you can be more effective.
You will get the most out of this workshop if you show up with an open mind and a desire to spend time exploring your thinking, your behavior, your habits, and your assumptions so that you can expand your capabilities and move beyond current limitations.
