Join us for a one day class on animal behavior in the shelter setting. This class will encompass important topics such as behavior during intake, identifying and recognizing body language, safe handling, evaluation and behavior modification techniques.

About the trainer:
Kelley Bollen, MS, CABC is the owner and director of Animal Alliances, LLC. Kelley has a Master’s Degree in Animal Behavior and is a Certified Animal Behavior Consultant (CABC) and a professional member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC). She is also a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). Her goal as a companion animal behavior consultant is to improve the human-animal bond by increasing her client’s understanding of animal behavior and modification. Kelley offers private consultations to pet owners experiencing problems with their pets, teaches a variety of dog training classes at her Northampton facility and consults with animal shelters all over the country on behavior related matters.
